Arslan Shakeel is working as admin and procurement officer since 2017 with Peace and Education Foundation (PEF). His major responsibilities include: Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed; responsible for maintaining safety compliance of office and all its assets; creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases; Updating office policies and procedures; Responsible for all Logistics matters of the organization; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets; Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.); Health & safety assurance of all staff members by acquiring health & life coverage policies of all staff members; Responsible to assist in conduction of workshops of different projects; and Assisting in liaising with concerned government agencies, statuary bodies local & international private agencies.
