Azmat Khan
Managing Trustee
Mr. Azmat Khan Managing Trustee of Peace & Education Foundation, Mr. Khan is former Training Manager of Caltax Oil (Pakistan) Ltd and former Managing Director of Tulip Industries Pvt Ltd. He is a Senior Training Associate Training Solutions, offering in-house training courses and management consultancy. He passed his Master’s in Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University (USA). He has been non-executive Director of Rozgar Micro Finance Bank Ltd from July 2003to August 2012.

Dr. Qibla Ayaz
Member of Trustee
Newly appointed as Chairman of Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) Pakistan, Dr. Qibla Ayaz has served in the past as Vice-Chancellor at University of Peshawar, Adjunct Professor at IM Sciences Peshawar, Vice Chancellor at Islamia College University Peshawar, the Dean Faculty of Islamic and Oriental Studies of the University of Peshawar. He is the author of many books, research papers, and articles.

Mujtaba Muhammad Rathore
Member of Trustee
Mr. Rathore has more than ten years of experience in research analysis and project management and his primary areas of research are conflict and peace studies, peace building and reconciliation, rule of law, international law, governance, human rights, education, interfaith harmony and media studies. Mr. Rathore holds a Master of Peace building and Reconciliation from University of Winchester (U.K.), Master of Political Science from University of Sargodha, and B.A. LLB. (Sharia and Law) from International Islamic University Islamabad.

Dr. Junaid Ahmad
Member of Trustee
Junaid Ahmad is an accomplished academician, researcher and a prominent Management Consultant of Pakistan. He has studied at Govt. College of Commerce & Economics, Karachi, Concordia University and McGill University in Montreal, Canada in mid 1970s. He has over three decades of experience of teaching university level courses and executive development programs both in Canada & Pakistan. Since 1986, he has supervised completion of over 1,400 research studies and consulting assignments as Chairman of National Management Consultants, the Country’s premier management consulting firm. He has also been actively involved in numerous research studies and movements relating to current issues confronting Pakistan. He has also authored two text books in the areas of commerce and Pakistan economics. He has been a member of the Board of Governors and is the life member of Karachi Council on Foreign Relations (KCFR).

Somia Faseeh (Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist)

Somia Faseeh is a distinguished Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist with an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the social sector. Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, along with Clinical Diplomas in Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy, she further bolstered her expertise with an Advanced Clinical Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Faseeh has actively contributed to numerous training programs as a Lead Trainer, demonstrating her aptitude for curriculum development and manual creation in diverse areas such as “Early Childhood Education,” “Joyful Learning,” “Dyslexia,” “Learning Landmarks,” “Trauma & Stress Management during Disaster,” “Community Mobilization and Training of Volunteers for Stress Management,” and “Educating Lady Health Workers about Child Abuse.” Additionally, she authored a comprehensive book on “Children’s Adaptive Behavior Scale.”

Her collaborative efforts have extended to engagements with prominent national and international organizations including UNICEF, the World Bank, the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), and the International Labour Organization (ILO). Ms. Faseeh remains committed to continuous professional development, evidenced by her proactive participation in various training programs such as “Psycho-social Problems and Impact Analysis” and a Diploma in Trauma & Stress Management in Emergencies. Furthermore, she has been invited as a consultant and guest speaker for Radio interviews, providing insights on psychological and psycho-social issues, thereby furthering public understanding and discourse on these topics.
